Who we are

This website and Ian Pai's offerings are provided by Supramental Being LLC, a New York limited liability company also operating as Divine Supermind ("we", "us"). By using this website, booking a session, purchasing an offering or joining a gathering, you agree to these terms.

The nature of our offerings

Private sessions, Ring Stacks, live transmissions, Circle membership, events and retreats are spiritual, experiential and educational offerings. They are not medical, psychological or psychotherapeutic services and are not a substitute for medical care, psychotherapy or mental health support.

Experiences vary from person to person. Our offerings are provided "as is", and we do not guarantee any particular outcome.

Who can take part

You must be at least 18 years old to take part, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

Bookings, payments and refunds

All purchases are final. Refunds are given only in the case of a technical error, a duplicate payment, or a session cancelled by Ian or our team. If we cancel a session, we will offer to reschedule or refund it.

Circle memberships are subscriptions and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation stops future payments.

Bookings and purchases are made through third-party services such as Circle, Calendly and Kit. Their own terms also apply when you use them.

Taking part in gatherings

Please treat other participants with respect and keep what others share in a gathering private. Each event explains its own privacy and recording details; please review them before attending.

Our content

Letters, recordings, meditations, images and other materials on this website and in Circle belong to Ian Pai and Supramental Being LLC. You are welcome to use them for your own personal practice, but please do not copy, share or sell them without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Supramental Being LLC and Ian Pai are not liable for any loss or harm arising from your use of this website or participation in our offerings. You take part voluntarily and remain responsible for your own wellbeing.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of New York County, New York.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the website or our offerings means you accept the current version.
